Venue research, review, appointment coordination, in-person visits (actual number based on need), selection, and contract review
Create a planning timeline which outlines when to get things done
Budget creation, management, and modification based on spending goals
Assistance selecting the right hotel(s) for out of town family and guests
Create color palette and design board
Create a design for the ceremony and reception that is personalized to the couple including invitations, floral design, ceremony space,menus favors, rentals, table design, etc.
Identify professional vendors that fit your personality and budget, verify availability, arrange and attend vendor meetings inclusive of rentals, floral design, invitations, cake, catering, and lighting design (actual number based on need)
Assistance with research and selection of venue and possible vendors for rehearsal dinner
Email and phone availability 24/7
Creation and modification of master itinerary, individual itineraries for vendors who remain onsite for the wedding day, and bridal party itineraries for the bridal party and parents
One hour rehearsal coordination
At least one assistant to help with set up, clean up, and timeline execution
Wedding day set up, transportation of personal items when needed, organization of family portraits (if needed), timeline execution, coordination with DJ or band to announce big events (i.e. cake cutting, toasts, first dance, etc.), vendor management, tip distribution, and clean up after the event.

For full planning throughout the entire wedding weekend - inclusive of a welcome dinner for out of town guests, rehearsal day activities, rehearsal dinner design and coordination, all of the above mentioned services for wedding day, and design and coordination of a brunch the following day. This package is for four days of logistical planning, vendor management, deign, and timeline execution.
