All packages include a free personalized face to face consultation with price analysis and standard wedding day assistance. This will include various jobs the wedding planner will perform on your special day:

• Greet all vendors at the venue
• Make sure the wedding party is on schedule and where the need to be
at all times
• Evaluate the inventory vendors have brought onsite and make sure
you are receiving the intended quality and quantity of rentals and other such items
• Assist with wedding processional and recessional
• Coordinate with officiate
• Coordinate with DJ and/or MC to make sure the party is everything
you imagined
• Help the event flow smoothly and employ risk management strategies
• Coordinate with photographer and Videographer to ensure
priceless photos
• Manage guest list
• Light all candles and final touches on table decor
• Provide a timeline to all parties involved in the event (including bridal party)
• Coordinate with Catering service to make sure food and staffing is
well executed
• Make sure the Bride and Groom are having fun and relaxed
throughout evening
• Make sure that all gratuities are received
