CONSULTATION
No contract required - this option allows Erika to come into your planning process at any stage to help you navigate the many choices and decisions you have. We can review your contracts, have a conversation about budget expectations, walk through design options with you.. you guide the topic in each consultation! Charged hourly, and all consultations are over the phone.
$200 per hour
MONTH-OF WEDDING MANAGEMENT
Allow us to help guide your last 6 weeks of planning. All of the little details will come together as we walk through our planning template with you and transfer all of the communication between vendors and all planning details over to our team of expert planners. This service generally includes:
A shared google doc to outline all of the information you and your wedding coordinator will need to know leading up to the wedding day
Phone and email availability starting 6 weeks from your wedding date
A 3-4 hour call detailing all of your planning leading up to the wedding month including a review of all contracts, proposals, invoices, timeline, layout, and other logistical items
Assistance with remaining action items leading up the wedding day
Run a one hour rehearsal guiding family and friends through the processional and recessional and any other included ceremony traditions
Execution of the timeline on the wedding day starting as vendors arrive onsite until clean up is concluded at the venue
Troubleshooting as needed on the wedding day (we have an emergency kit!)
$4000 + Staffing + Travel as needed
PARTIAL WEDDING PLANNING
Partial planning is extremely flexible. We lock your date in place with a month-of planning contract (above) and operate on an hourly basis with consultations beyond that flat rate. With partial planning, you will get three additional planning calls to use throughout the planning process before month-of management kicks in. If you want to schedule additional calls, they would be charged by the hour ($250). Anything is possible in terms of what we discuss on these calls, you are simply paying me for my time and the sky is the limit. Former clients have used additional consultations for the following:
Budget expectations
Questions to ask vendors on initial calls or emails
Mood board creation
Floral inspiration
Miscellaneous questions
Assistance with timeline for action items related to wedding planning
Create timeline draft for discussion with vendors
Layout creation
Curated paper elements (invitation, signage, day-of paper elements)
Assistance with welcome basket curation
Venting about anything wedding-related
$5,000 + Additional Consultation(s) + Staffing + Travel as needed
FULL WEDDING PLANNING AND DESIGN
If you are in need of a planner to guide you through all-things wedding related, then this is the best options for you. Services include:
A shared google doc to outline all of the information you will walk through with the planner leading up to the wedding day and action items with deadlines
Weekly check in call or emails outlining what has been happening that week, and what action items both parties will work on the following week, discussing relevant action items outlines on the google doc for you
Assistance with vendor and venue research in addition to referrals of vendors we know and trust
Presentation of 3 initial, high-level design concepts that we utilize to communicate likes and dislikes, and general direction of the design inspiration, followed by up to 6 more mood boards until the client is excited about the direction. This is board evolves into a design inspiration including paper goods, bridal party attire, floral design, cake/dessert concepts, all used to make decisions about the event throughout the planning process.
Review of all contracts before you sign and pay a deposits to the vendors
Send out all of your save the dates and invitations, receive all RSVPs and document on the google doc for you
Manage all vendor interaction leading up to the wedding day
Create master itineraries for vendors and bridal party members
Create a layout schematic for each event area
Manage all rental coordination needed including quantity adjustments based on guest count and delivery/pick up at event

15% of the total event cost or $14,500, whichever is greater. All staffing and travel accommodations will be additional as needed.
SMALL GATHERINGS (LESS THAN 30 GUESTS)
Allow us to help make your intimate gathering incredible, with full design and planning for 30 guests or less. All of the services listed above are included.

We will take that feeling and come help come up with a vision for how we can create memories and time that is lingered over, beyond just your wedding day.
